Beginners are welcome,
But this session is for players who already have experience in at least

One racket sport:
✅Tennis / Badminton / Table Tennis

Vibe
Friendly and casual (not super competitive)
Great for people who want fun exercise
Solo participants are welcome
Basic rules will be explained

Schedule
Weekday evenings (around 7–9pm)
Weekends / Holidays (morning or late afternoon) Exact date/time will be decided based on participants.

Location
Indoor in Nagoya (around Meitou area(名東区)

Fee
Gym fee split by participants

What to bring
Shoes + drink
Paddles can be discussed
(Free rental/loan may be available)
