ラリーメインでアップした後に、人数に応じて、シングルス/ダブルスのゲームを行います🙋‍♂️

🔽大体いつもの練習内容(目安)🔽
・ショートラリー&ボレーボレー(5min)
・ロングラリークロス(20min)
・サーブラリー(20min)
・形式練習(15min)
・ゲーム(60min)

🎾ボールは持っていきます。
※ボールカートあり
※ハードコートです

⭐️当日について
・時間になりましたら、直接コートにお越しください
・コートは基本Aです。異なる場合のみ連絡します
・遅刻/早退の場合は事前にご連絡頂けると助かります
・開始時間前に更衣室をご利用したい方は直接向かって頂きドア横のインターホンで更衣室利用の旨をお伝えください。終了後は主催者に連絡頂ければ入館カードを渡します

Since this event is hosted by the TennisBear team, you can join with peace of mind 🤝

We’ll start with rally-based warm-ups and then move on to singles/doubles games depending on the number of participants 🙋‍♂️

🔽 Typical practice flow (approx.) 🔽
• Short rallies & volley-to-volley (5 min)
• Cross-court rallies (20 min)
• Serve rallies (20 min)
• Drill practice (15 min)
• Matches (60 min)

🎾 Balls will be provided.
※ Ball cart available
※ Hard court surface

Please note: the organizer speaks only a little English, but everyone is warmly welcome!

⭐️ On the day:
• Please come directly to the court at the scheduled time
• We usually use Court A (we’ll let you know if it changes)
• If you’ll be late or need to leave early, please give us a heads-up
• If you’d like to use the changing room before the start, go directly there and use the intercom by the door to let staff know. After the session, the organizer will give you an entry card if needed.
