急募!!ひたすら基礎練習!!【東尾久運動場庭球場】
〇練習内容
ひたすら基礎練習（ストローク、ボレスト、サーブリターン等）のイベントです。
休憩時間は少なめで、運動強度は高めになると思います！
やりたい練習がある方はお伝えいただければ積極的に取り入れますのでお伝えください！
初中級～中上級程度で募集していますが、マナーを守って楽しく練習してくださる方は、年齢、性別、国籍、レベル問わずどなたも歓迎です！
〇集合場所・時間
テニスコートに直接集合です。
諸事情にて遅れる場合にはご一報くだされば大丈夫です！
〇その他
ボールは主催者側で用意します。
怪我がないよう安全なプレーをお願いします。

〇Details
We are looking for beginner-level to intermediate-level players, but anyone is welcome, regardless of age, gender, or nationality, as long as you have good manners and enjoy practicing!

We will meet directly at the tennis court in Higashi-Ogu Tennis Courts.

If you are going to be late, it's OK, just let me know!

I'll provide balls, so all you need to bring is your racket and a healthy body!
