練習会+ダブルスゲーム（4名）

※基本的には誰でも承認いたしますが、イライラしやすい方は、ご参加をご遠慮願いします。🙏

ショートラリー、ボレー、ロングラリー、サーブからのクロスラリーなど、
その日の雰囲気を見ながら、楽しく進めていきます🎾
「これやりたい！」という練習があれば、気軽に教えてください。

前半は練習、後半は試合を予定しています！
試合は◯ゲーム・ノーアドで回していきます😊

We’ll enjoy a variety of practice drills depending on the mood of the day, such as mini-rallies, volleys, baseline rallies, and cross-court rallies starting with serves 🎾
If there’s any drill you’d like to do, feel free to let me know!

The first half will be practice, and the second half will be matches.
For the matches, we’ll rotate with ◯ games, no-ad scoring 😊
