等のアップを消化後、ゲーム練習をしたいと思います。

4ゲーム消化、ノーアド
【ボール/いずれもプレッシャーボール】
•練習用: 50球前後用意します。
•ゲーム: ニューボールを使用します。
ノンプレッシャーボールは一切使用しません。
